Exchange & Return policy.

Because each piece is handcrafted from natural solid wood, small variations in grain, tone, and finish are part of what makes every item unique.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items in unused, original condition.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund (minus shipping) will be issued.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days as well.

  • If the exchange is due to a product defect or damage in transit, shipping costs are covered by us.

  • If the exchange is for a different size or style, buyer covers return + re-shipment costs.

Custom Orders:

All custom or made-to-order items (like custom-sized doors, drawer faces, or specific finishes) are final sale.
