Domestic Shipping (Canada):

  • Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, possibly longer if ordering during the Christmas season.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and location.

  • All orders ship with tracking and insurance.

U.S. Shipping:

  • You are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country’s border and customs department.

Damaged Packages:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@tatermade.ca within 48 hours with detailed photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

  • Shipping only for damaged or defective products is covered by us.
